Nothing eases the stress of test time like a little head-mounted chainsaw.

Over in the Philippines, some schools have a bizarre requirement to prevent cheating. Instead of folding up binders around the desk like we did in school, they make students wear something on their head to obstruct their vision.

Every year that this happens, it becomes something of a meme, with images circling around showing students wearing everything from egg crates to construction paper cones around their noggins.

Now, we have a video of what taking these tests actually looks like, and boy, is it strange.
