American's are the best at doing stupid shit during natural disasters. We're so good at it you could say it's one of our national past times. Well, hurricane Dorian hasn't just provided us with new memes, it's given us one of the most epic kitesurfing videos in recent memory. This is what we mean when we say, "hold my beer".
