That said, losing a substantial amount of weight comes with some side effects. For example, you could end up with a lot of excess skin — or, if you’re this man, you could start having weird, alien-like muscle contractions in your legs.


Maybe he’s just lacking electrolytes, maybe he’s just got neuropathy, but dear God is it weird.
