Going to the gym is one of the healthiest, most emotionally fulfilling, and positive things you can do for yourself. That is if you’re doing it right.
It’s not hard to do the gym the right way: All you have to do is show up and try your best. At its core, the gym should be the most positive and inclusive environment possible, accepting of all people as long as they’re willing to show up and do the work. But like with any public space, the gym comes with requirements of at least a little common sense and public decency. That being said, this dude practicing his reps of “The British Are Coming” might be doing things the right way.
But that’s not what these people did. They decided to use the gym equipment however they felt like using it, and made the gym a toxic, albeit, comical place as a result. From stuffing the bar with absurd ego-padding weight to flat-out breaking machines, here are 10 people who shouldn’t be allowed back.
