I can’t imagine what it would be like to suddenly lose, or be at risk of losing, all of your possessions in a fire. Unfortunately, that’s what a lot of people in California are currently going through, as fires are presently tearing through the Los Angeles area and beyond.

At times like these, when people are being forced to evacuate their homes, some are being tasked with the difficult decision of choosing what they should take with them from their homes. This woman left her cat behind and was told she could go rescue it, but when she discussed the matter with a local news crew, she realized there was something *slightly* more important that she forgot.
