Heart problems can occur silently, come on suddenly and unexpectedly. Although often there is information that the body has given, not infrequently, it is ignored.

"Especially for women, signs or symptoms of heart disease don't always follow the classic pattern," says Kerry Hildreth, MD, assistant professor of aging and heart health at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Regardless of your gender, knowing what to know about this heart disorder is key.
