All fallow's smeeve
I went to the picturesque Golden Gate Park yesterday bright and early, and hooked it all the way across from beginning to end. I even forked over $7 to mingle among the tourists in the Japanese Tea Garden, and took pictures of the Koi fish and the playground structure built like a Japanese temple. About the middle of my trip, I got texts from two people from my past, Della and LG, who have both retired. Della's health has been touch and go and LG I didn't anticipate ever hearing from again once she'd retired. I sent them my well wishes and considered how serendipitous a thing it was to hear from them both. I scaled to the top of one of the hills in the park, took several pics, and then closed out the day.
In middle school, I was in a group in our math class that called ourselves the Addams Family. It was a sign to come of my random penchant for any peculiar thing that entered the pop culture strata of my world.
I choose not to wear clothing that could be described as a conversation starter.
