Hello people, I need help again. You see, every time I want to do a Live Chat, it tells me that I am required to login. This creates a problem in my Mind, because I had logged in prior to clicking "Live Chat".

So, I'm wondering: is it that I need to create a completely new Screen Name and Password? Have I faulty hardware/software? Whatever it is, I deeply implore for anyone's help!

HELP! Because those Live Chats look like a lot of fun.
