Alright, I know some of you are gonna give me some major problems about this, but I honestly didn't realize how dumb some people can be.  I have never and will never see a house as an investment.  It has only recent dawned on me(though it should've earlier) that people in this world would actually by a house, not because they want to live there, but because they could see it as a way to make money.  I must ask if anyone here has done that and why. A house in my mind should never be an investment.  Could someone please help me understand why in someones life are you so controled by money you must by and sell a house to make some?
