How to Practice Sukhasana Yoga

First of all, lay your yoga mat on the ground properly. sit comfortably on your yoga mat with both your legs bent.

It takes a deep breath in, The mind has to be kept calm, now the breath has to be exhaled. Forgetting all the problems, you have to concentrate on Sukhasan Yoga practice. Take a long breath and exhale.

For example, stand straight on your yoga mat, keep both your hands on your waist properly. Now making your balance, now you allow your entire body to keep your weight on the left leg and lift the right leg forward.
Now you will bend the fingers of your right foot very comfortably inwards, and then release them outwards.
You repeat this process 5 times.


We maintain your balance and rotate the heel of your right foot clockwise for 2 minutes, now rotate the heel of the right foot for 2 minutes in an anti-clockwise direction.

And keep your right foot on the ground. Now keeping your body stable, keep your weight on the right leg in balance and move the left leg out.


Now take out the toes of your left foot towards the diet and turn it inwards. Repeat this process 5 times.
