when i try to upload a video it doesnt give me the option to select the file(video)i want

it only gives me the option to "clear files"

this is the same when i try to change my avatar it doesnt give me the option to upload it..?

i can only submit jokes and blogs...??

i will delete this blog once i find out wats wrong
