Nowadays all of our games involve balding space marines fighting off some form of aliens. I remember a time when a sword, a shield and acouple of dungeons was all you needed for some good quality time with your couch and T.V.

Although i love blasting aliens with absurdly large machine guns and piloting space crafts, the classic games are the best. When jumping on somethings head was all you needed to do to kill it or hit it with an arrow or two.

Zelda was the best, even though the water temples always fucked me over that game was sick, and is partly responsible for my upbringing. Ocarina of Time is, in my opinion, one of the best video games ever made. Star Fox was up there too. Who doesn't love that Land-Master? But that Slippy was a fucking dumb ass. Fucking frog.

All and all, the N64 was possible the best thing ever invented. Even better then electricity. With games like The Legend of Zelda, Star Fox, Golden Eye, Super Mario World 64, Mario Kart, Diddy Kong Racing, Banjo Kazooie, Majora's Mask, Super Smash Bros., who needs the outdoors?
