I had a 2.5 hour meeting with my lawyer last night.  He's the co-founder of Equal Rights for Divorced Dads in Nevada.  His divorce story is similar to my own.  When I told him what was going on with my wife and kids, he literally started to cry.  All he does is family law, specifically divorce.  When I told him the name of troll-wife's lawyer, he didn't recognize it.  "Lynn Hughes?  Is that a man or a woman?"  He knows every fucking judge and divorce lawyer in Clark County.

We looked up the legal activity of the troll-wife's lawyer.  His family law experience is mostly guardianship issues, who takes care of old parents, adoption, etc.  He couldn't find any divorce cases in the entire listing.  Her lawyer mostly does tort and contracts.  I hope troll-wife is fucking him for free representation.  That's the only thing that makes sense.

I told him if he can get me full custody of the kids, we're done.  If I get joint custody, argue for alimony.
