10,00 without power. Interstate 5 i an abandoned car lot ans the ones who haven't left are runnin out of gas after sitting there for 7 to 8 hours now. It's upposed to get down to 19 degrees tonight and tomorrow night with more snow on the way. This pic is what I think of the whole mess...
