If you're thinking it's because she's ready to start working things out, think again.  I believe it's due to the fact that somebody told her what she's doing borders on neglect and it could effect her custody.

It's her plan to move into the guest bedroom, continue to pursue her dating, and come and go as she pleases.

Maybe it's my cynicism, but I think this might cause a problem or two.  She's just now talked to a lawyer.  It's looking like it's going to be combat rather than agreement.  It's looking like we're each going to have to get a lawyer, costing between us as much as sending a kid to college.

I feel like Job.  I'm not sure what else could fuck up for me next.  That's not a dare to the universe to fuck me harder, it's just I'm starting to get demoralized.
