A man was driving his truck down a stretch of road in Southern Texas when he noticed a preacher walking on the shoulder. He thought about just driving by, but decided that would probably get him a one way ticket to Hell, so he gave the preacher a ride. The two talked and it turned out that the driver was glad he picked up this kind and understanding fellow. After about twenty minutes of driving, the man notices a Mexican walking on the shoulder of the road. He thinks to himself, "God, I just want to hit him, but I can't do that with this preacher in here. Wait, I have an idea; I will pretend that I am falling asleep at the wheel and swerve to hit him". The man looks at the preacher to make sure he doesn't know what is going on then slowly closes his eyes and slightly turns the steering wheel towards the edge of the road. After about ten seconds, he finally hears a loud "THUD". He opens his eyes and acts startled and asks the preacher, "What happened?" The preacher closes his door and says, "You were about to miss that Mexican, but don't worry, I got him".
