Ted Kennedy walks up to President Bush one day and says, " I believe your interrogation practices used on Al-Qaeda terrorists are inhuman. You should not threaten to drown the prisoners in order to retrieve information."
Bush replies, " Well then we need to stop them from riding in your car." :)
