A blonde was working in a Tickle Me Elmo factory & it was like her 2nd day. Another employee goes to the manager's office & complains that the blonde is holding up the whole assembly line.
So the manager goes out to see what's going on and he sees the factory is overflowing with Tickle Me Elmos.
In the mess he finds the blonde. He watches what she's doing. She takes 2 marbles, wraps them in red felt then carefully attaches them in between Elmo's legs.
The manager laughs then goes up to the blonde & says, "I'm sorry! You must've miss understood me! I told you to give Elmo 2 test tickles!"
