The 32 and 24 year old, were arrested on charges of having sex with the boy in Respess’ residence in the New Orleans suburb of Kenner after a Friday night football game. The elder of two female Louisiana teachers charged with having group sex with a 16-year-old student allegedly wooed her colleague and brought the boy to the younger woman’s apartment on the night of the incident, according to a jail booking report.

After 40 romps over 36 days of this torrid affair with the two English teachers, one of whom, Dufresne, is a married mother of two, the teen’s parents caught wind of what was going on. Dufresne and her then fellow teacher sex partner in crime, Rachel Respess, were released from their teaching positions, but they were spared much recourse on a criminal level. Dufresne didn’t serve a day of jail time and was not required to register as a sex offender, after striking up a plea deal and bragging about it on social media.

The parents have filed a lawsuit against both Respess and Dufresne, along with St. Charles Parish School Board, who they claim didn’t properly train the two teachers or protect students. The parents are seeking unspecified damages for emotional distress, mental anguish, humiliation, and reputational damage, which they said was the result of this intense sexual affair, specifically the threesome the teachers “forced” him to endure. Ironically, Dufresne’s father is a local judge.
