It's the first thing you teach your children when they come of a certain age: "Don't talk to strangers, especially if they're offering you free candy out of the back of a white van."
Every person who owns a white van should be taking it upon themselves to reassure everyone else that they're not suspicious, but these van owners did quite the opposite. Yeah, we're not getting near these things, and definitely not with our kids.
