200 Dogs Saved From A Brutal Death

A group of Chinese prove that sometimes man can also be dog's best friend.

This little fella was saved from a truck that was taking him...

...to the Yulin dog eating festival.

Group of people stopped the truck and demanded the dogs to be let go.

The driver was angry but the crowd stopped him until the Police arrived.

It turned out that, despite was the driver claimed, some of the dogs had owners.

After 3 days the Police ordered the animals to be released. Of the 200 dogs most survived but some died from exhaustion.

The festival takes place in Yulin, China June 21. And to have a clearer view on what's going on, the Police said "The exams showed most of the dogs were sick." and so would be the people eating them.
