Learning a language can be hard, and mistakes here and there are forgivable. That being said, by the time you reach a certain age it is expected that you at least have a basic grasp of most words, grammar, and figures of speech.
But these people sound like they've been napping through English class since middle school and they prove it by opening their mouth or typing on their keyboard.
