The camera is one heck of a device. It lets us flatten out the world in front of us and store it for later use -- which is one heck of a superpower to have.
It lets use record what we're seeing for later reference. Cameras help us preserve memories and important moments. And, most importantly, they let us take photos of our passed-out friends after we've sharpied their faces. But the thing about freezing a moment in time is that, well, it's all about the timing.
