On older TVs, if you leave one image on it too long, the pixels die like suns and leave behind an eternal mark. That means there’s a ton of Fox News logos burned into the TVs of old people everywhere. 

Some of these burned-in images are just kind of fascinating to look at. Seeing Bill Hader’s face plastered over moving images like God in a movie, vintage video game logos seared into eternity, or an iPhone that has no choice but to display its menu until its end of days. There’s even an artist, Tivon Rice, who’s used this burning as an actual art form.
