Sadly, another weekend has come to an end. Hopefully, you took some time to enjoy it, rest and unwind, and recharge your batteries in preparation for the new week ahead, because it is coming for all of us, whether we are ready or not. There are three universal truths in life: everyone dies, everyone pays taxes, and Monday stinks.

Monday, you're the worst day of the week. You take something wonderful like the weekend and time off and flip it inside out. You carry tension, annoyance, and job or school with you when you arrive. Yet here we are again, another weekend has passed us by and is now part of the past.

That being said, I hope you all had a wonderful and peaceful weekend because another week is on the horizon, which is probably better than the world ending or time standing still. As we prepare to dreadfully face another week of school or work, it's critical that we take some time for ourselves now and then to avoid becoming overly worried and burned out.
