Shia Labeouf was arrested for trespassing in a Chicago drugstore. According to People magazine, a security guard at the store repeatedly asked LaBeouf to leave because he appeared intoxicated, and when the actor refused, the security guard called the cops. -

Flavor Flav was arrested in Hempstead, N.Y., on Jan. 9, for felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. The rapper was pulled over for going 79 in a 55-mph zone when police discovered 16 license suspensions stemming from unpaid tickets, as well as a small amount of marijuana on his person. TMZ reports Flav was arrested, booked and released without bail to attend his mother’s funeral. -

Chris Kattan was arrested for DUI on Feb. 10 after rear-ending a parked, empty Department of Transportation vehicle shortly after 2 a.m. CBS Los Angeles reports Kattan was sentenced in August to pay a $500 fine, attend a three-month alcohol program and 104 Narcotics Anonymous classes. Kattan is also on probation for three years. -

Ice-T’s grandson, Elyjah Marrow, 19, was arrested on June 24 for killing his roommate. Marrow was allegedly handling a handgun in his Georgia apartment when it went off, killing 19-year-old Daryus Johnson. Marrow was charged with involuntary manslaughter, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and reckless conduct, as well as possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a stolen firearm. -

Ex-Destiny’s Child member Farrah Franklin was arrested in Conway, S.C., on July 20 for disorderly conduct, People reports. It’s unclear what led to the arrest, but it wasn’t Franklin’s first: She was previously arrested in 2011 in Los Angeles for disorderly conduct, which she blamed on racial profiling. -

Miami Heat player Greg Oden was arrested on Aug. 7 for allegedly punching his ex-girlfriend at his mother’s home in Lawrence, Ind. Oden was booked for misdemeanor battery, for which ESPN reports he pleaded not guilty. -

Will Hayden, from the reality show “Sons of Guns,” has been arrested in Louisiana and booked for alleged child molestation. The TV star, told TMZ that the charges are completely false and the result of a “bitter ex-girlfriend’s false allegations.” Hayden, who makes customized weaponry for clients in Baton Rouge, was freed after posting a $150,000 bond. His daughter also denied the allegations. -

“Buffy the Vampire Slayer” star Nicholas Brendon was arrested on Oct. 17 in Boise, Idaho, for malicious injury to property and resisting or obstructing Boise police officers. Brendon, who was in town for Tree City Comic Con, allegedly got into a drunken dispute with hotel staff and broke a decorative dish. Brendon later confessed on Facebook to being under the influence of alcohol and prescription drugs. -

Suge Knight was arrested along with comedian Katt Williams on Oct. 29 for allegedly stealing a camera from a photographer in Las Vegas. It was the second time: Knight and Williams were accused of stealing a camera from another photographer in Beverly Hills in September, Rolling Stone reports, and were each charged with one count of robbery. Knight faces 30 years in prison if convicted due to his prior conviction for assault with a deadly weapon.
