B-2 Bomber. The B-2 Bomber is one of the worlds most advanced and most expensive airplanes in the world. The wingspan of a B-2 is 172 feet, making it 12 feet wider than an NFL football field. -

Worlds Largest Oil Tanker. The Seawise Giant is the world’s largest oil tanker spans 1,504 feet in length. The massive vessel would have 350 feet of extra room in the front and rear if placed in the main lake in Central Park. -

The Titanic. At the time, the Titanic was one of the largest ships of its kind with a length of 882 feet and 9 inches. The United States aircraft carrier the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan trumps that coming in at 1,092 feet long. To gauge just how long that really is, if the Titanic was placed on the deck of the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan the ship would have 210 feet of deck room left. -

The Pulmonoscorpius kirktonensis or (Breathing Scorpion). Prehistoric bugs were larger than average day bugs due to the higher oxygen levels. The Pulmonoscorpius kirktonensis was a species of scorpion that grew to 24 inches long, or the size of a normal house cat. -

The M-1 Rocket Motor. In the 1950s, the NASA space program designed the M-1 Rocket motor that would have been the biggest motor if constructed. The motor was designed to have a diameter of 14 feet and could fully cover a smart car with 2 feet to spare on either side. -

The 2.6 Trillion Dollar Rock. The Dionysus asteroid is part of the Apollo asteroid belt and is estimated to be 4921.26 feet wide. If the asteroid was placed above the Golden Gate Bridge, it wouldn’t even surpass the bridge span of 8,981 feet. -

Largest Radio Telescope in the World. The biggest radio telescope to date is the Chinese Guizhou province telescope that is 1,600 feet in diameter. If placed in downtown Las Vegas it would cover half of The Mirage, all of the LINQ, all of Harrahs, and most of the Venetian. -

The Mir Mine. The Mir Mine is one of the deepest mines in the world with a depth of 1,722 feet. The Sears Tower is the second tallest tower in the United States with a height of 1,729. If placed in the Mir Mine the tip of the tower would stick out 7 feet. -

Burj Khalifa. The Burj Khalifa is currently the tallest standing structure in the world at 2,722 feet tall. If placed in New York it would stretch almost 1,000 feet past the One World Trade Center and almost 1,300 feet taller than the Empire State Building. -
10.
The Death Star. The Death Star’s estimated width is around 99 miles across, or around 1/4th the length of Florida.
