The first remotes had a power button, a channel up/down, and volume up/down. That was all they needed (there weren't two million channels)

These dangled from our cribs, they were probably strangulation and choking hazards, but we survived.... I guess it weeded out the ones not smart enough to walk among us.

No technology meant we had to find ways to entertain ourselves, craft and art projects like this little five minute thing you could decorate and wear laughingly in first grade

T'was baffling, HOW did it DO that?! I always ate the top two layers and left that last bit.

Avacado green, harvest gold, white, and brown were the colors that defined the decade (unfortunate as it was)

They thought their technology was pretty cutting edge then, too
