We don't like to think to long and hard about all the awful things we've seen on he Internet, but this one will stick with us long after we log off this rotten hell-scape.

The truth is the photo was taken by photographer Naomi Harris at a Super Bowl party in Des Moines, Iowa in 2005. The picture can be found online listed on her website. Though that doesn't make the photo any less jarring.

The general response to the picture was an overwhelming affirmation of 'dudes rock', the typical mantra of any horny-bro-twitter-thread. Though some were reminded of how much they missed sports, others noticed the many odd characters also in the picture.
