Even the bun is dusted with white truffles and Iranian saffron. -

8.
Le Burger Extravagant – $295: NYC is the home of expensive burgers, and you can find this one at Serendipity 3. This used to hold the world record for the most expensive burger, but now it sits at eighth on this list. It’s got the usuals – Wagyu beef, truffles and caviar – but also holds a fried quail’s egg and some creme fraiche. The bun is dusted with gold and it’s served with a diamond encrusted toothpick, just because. -
9.
Hamburger al Tartufo – $500: At Oliverio in Beverley Hills you can get 12 ounces of Kobe beef, truffle-infused cheese and two ounces of white truffles. Oh, but you have to order it 48 hours in advance, and only when truffles are in season. Good luck. -
10.
666 Douche Burger – $666: This is easily the most expensive burger you can buy at a Food Truck. It’s got Kobe beef, foie gras, Gruyere cheese, champagne steam, lobster, caviar and truffles. Oh, and BBQ sauce, because even fancy people love BBQ sauce. -

777 Burger – $777: Le Burger Brasserie in Las Vegas are doing the number thing too, and this one features Kobe beef and Maine lobster. The actual burger only costs $70, but you’ve got to pair in with Rose Dom Perignon Champagne, of course. -
12.
Glamburger – $1768: Now we’re getting into the seriously expensive stuff. This burger, from Honky Tonk in London, has Kobe beef, New Zealand venison, and Canadian lobster poached in Iranian saffron. 13.
The Absolutely Ridiculous Burger – $2,000: When everyone else on this list was getting fancy, Mallie’s Sports Bar and Grill just went big. It’s the Guiness world record holder for the largest burger, and has no truffles whatsoever, but thirty pounds of bacon and 36 pounds of cheese instead. -
14.
Fleur Burger – $5,000: At Fleur in Las Vegas, you can get Wagyu beef with foie gras and truffles. It’s the Fleur 5000, because you’d never even think about eating it without ordering the match ’95 Chateau Petrus, which brings the bill up to a round $5,000. -
15.
Cultured Beef Burger – $300,000: The cultured beef burger at Maastricht University, Netherlands is one of a kind. It was manufactured by a team of scientists trying to find a sustainable alternative to meat production. Looks delicious, right?
