27 pictures from the '60s that will leave you really missing the simple days or wishing you grew up during your parents' time before doorbell surveillance (how to you even have your first goodnight kiss now without feeling creeped that your parents or neighbors are watching)?

Chocolate chewy mint was "a balanced food" in the '60s (take me there please)

That tingle of excitement - not knowing if it was your grandma, your teacher with a bad report, or your best friend to catch up. Kids today will never hear the dialtone- A friend told me she and her kid ran to her office to pick up something and she misplaced her phone. She asked her child to call it on the office phone (she's five) and she picked it up and said the phone was already "ringing funny"

Those overall skin vents were cutting edge, life changing developments back then (I thought it always had them)
