It's none of ours or anybody else's business what people choose to do with their lives. But when it comes to getting bashed online for being "insensitive", gay dudes and most notably white gay dudes take a major brunt of the weight. So when Daniel Newman posted his Private Island selfie, the internet took offense.

Daniel later deleted the original tweet after people began to pile on him and his friends. People also noted an earlier tweets sent a few hour before the now infamous "Private Island Gays Selfie", as being hypocritical, which lead Daniel to respond with another tweet.
