A woman who was out to eat at a Red Lobster restaurnt recalls her funny but bizarre encounter with a Red Lobster Regular Karen and the restaurant staff's response to it.  " I saw you help that girl, I know you're the manager" exclaimed Ethel, very confidently incorrect.
