Wooloo is one of the newest Pokémon set to debut in the next generation of Pokémon games, Pokémon Sword and Shield. Wooloo first appeared in the recent Nintendo Direct which was focused on Pokémon Sword and Shield. According to the Pokémon website, it's an extremely fluffy Pokémon that "craves stability."
