There have been rumors and conspiracies floating around the internet about apps that secretly record video and or audio of users and share them or send them to a website or database. Youtubers such as Shane Dawson have made videos on the topic and after seeing some of them this teenager decided to build his own spying camera app and see if he could successfully get it into the App Store.
