This elderly man tried to stop the theft of a banner by putting a stick into the spokes of the his bicycle. The perpetrator shoved the old man to the ground and began violently and repeatedly kicking and threatening him. Earlier in the week, the same perpetrator knocked 2 men to the ground including the 85 year old man.
