This happened near San Diego. A CHP Officer was driving with 3 of his in laws in his Lexus and the accelerator was stuck from the floor mat. The car was going 120 when it crashed at an intersection where the freeway comes to an end. Unsure why he didn't just turn the car off or throw it in neutral.
