went to the local Walmart and as I came out walking to my car my daughter said I think I saw a baby in the back of that car. I went to the vehicle to observe the inside of it. I then noticed there was a toddler in the backseat in her car seat asleep. I ran quickly inside the Walmart to notify management to call 911. I asked the manager to call ove
