In recent months, China’s military advancement has carefully toed the line between silly and terrifying.

For example, it was recently discovered that China has been testing robotic gun dogs. They’ve also been disguising drones as birds. Now, they’ve debuted something new: tanks that can turn into boats.

In a very over-dramatic video, the Chinese army shows off the new development, displaying a variety of tanks moving from land to sea and firing upon targets.

Pretty cool, but also, Jesus Christ.
