Students in China keep getting peed on by cicadas. The problem is so bad, in fact, that some have opted to bring rain gear like umbrellas on their daily walks, even if there isn’t a cloud in the sky. According to TheNew York Times, “the jets of urine that cicadas produce, the research shows, have a velocity of up to 3 meters per second — the fastest of all the animals assessed in the new work, including mammals like elephants and horses.” Better bring a change of clothes to class!
