After repeatedly kicking a cell door, a woman arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct was pushed back onto her seat after an officer told her to sit down. According to the officer, she then got up and kneed him in the shin. The officer retaliated by striking her, which was later deemed excessive force. He was later fired.
