Franklin County Sheriff’s footage shows a man driving into a sheriff’s car early in one morning. The officer slowed down as the man veered into his lane. After coming to a stop and putting his flashing lights on, the man hit the police vehicle head on. Nobody was injured, but the man was arrested For OVI and other faced traffic charges.
