Creed Lead Singer Collabs with Florida Marlins in Amazingly Cringe Music Video

Peanut Butter and Jelly. Salt and Pepper. Scott Stapp and the Florida Marlins. You get the picture.

2010 was a wild time in our nation's history. We had just reached the end of the first decade of the new millennium. Ke$ha was topping the charts with her hit song 'Tik Tok.' And the app TikTok wasn't even a glint in our eyes.

In the same era, our favorite lead singer of all time - Creed frontman Scott Stapp - had embarked on a solo career. So when the (formerly) Florida Marlins approached Stapp about a song collaboration. The singer did not dissapoint.

The song is the epitome of rock. The lyrics are hopeful and dreamy. And the entire thing is filled with wholesome cringe.

But the bottom line is, Stapp has no regrets. According to Spin Magazine, Stapp was given free baseball tickets for life and his sons (he had 3 children at the time) got to be bat boys for the Marlins. Sounds like a win to me.
