Illegal? I don’t think so. Weird? Yes. Obviously.

You see a cat hanging out, you pet it. This is standard practice in much of the world; a lounging cat just chilling in an open place is *begging* to get their little head scratched — and if they claw at you when you try to do it, well, that’s just part of the fun!

In this case, a delivery driver saw a cat and decided to say hello. He then picked it up and licked it.

Any Missouri-based readers seeing this, is this common ‘round those parts? Or is this delivery driver just a little freaky?
