This video is a classic case of street justice being served up hard, fast, and with no second thinking. Truly the kind of thing you would only really expect to see in Grand Theft Auto.

For some unknown reason, a guy was on the sidewalk chucking big rocks at passing cars. We see him throw two big boys and miss both times, then keep walking as if nothing happened. Unfortunately for him, that was enough to tick this driver off.

The driver pulled a U-turn and decided to do a public service act by driving up onto the sidewalk and running into this dude, flipping him over the hood before speeding off down the street.

The amazing thing is this driver didn't seem to earn even a single star for this hit and run. Makes you wonder if it really is this easy to get away with mowing down the occasional stranger, at least if you're provoked.
