Any regular viewer of 'Hot Ones' will tell you that 'Da Bomb' is the hardest, most punishing sauce to conquer in the lineup. It's no surprise then that a steak that's been dry-aged in the stuff will pack a similar punch - and that's despite retrieving the steak from the very center of the cut where it presumably had the least amount of penetration by the sauce.
