Never trust anyone at crotch-level.

Sometimes, as a child, a golden opportunity presents itself — a chance to do something that is admittedly mean, but very, very funny.

This kid was presented with one such opportunity. Seeing a man dancing on the street, he decided to dance with him — mostly just to lower his defenses so he could lay a cold one on his nuts. Good work, kid!
