Authorities fined this litterbug nearly $50,000 and made him drag his old refrigerator back up the hill. Two dinguses filmed themselves dumping a refrigerator off a cliff in Spain. A previous incident shows a man hurling a washing machine down a different hill.
Police found the men, fined them approx. $50,000 and forced them to drag the fridge out of the ravine.
