The gist here is that Bishop Sycamore doesn't have a physical address. Most of their players are attending online classes. And Head Coach, Leroy Johnson has a warrant out for his arrest.

The school allegedly lied about how many D1 players they actually have on their roster, and ESPN was like "sure we'll televise your game." Unfortunately for Bishop Sycamore they faced one of the top recruited teams in the country, IMG Academy. IMG took care of them 58-0. Which is understandable seeing as Bishop Sycamore played 2 full football games in 48 hours.

As for the arrest warrant, Leroy Johnson is facing multiple lawsuits in Ohio. Most of these suits stemming from unpaid housing balances and student loan debt.
