Now it’s *everybody’s* problem.


Sometimes, you’re gonna set a dish on fire. No matter how long you’ve been cooking, that’s just something that will occasionally happen — you’ll either forget something is in the oven, or you’ll screw up a flambé, and boom, you’ve got a massive flame on your hands.


What’s important to remember is that, if this fire involves grease, you shouldn’t add water. Otherwise, this can happen:
